CohnReznick provides Quality Assurance and Quality Control services for the Restore Louisiana Homeowner Assistance Program, funded by HUD’s Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery Program allocations to support long-term recovery efforts. Additionally, CohnReznick serves as the contractor for the Cancer Prevention Research Institute of Texas (CPRIT), offering compliance monitoring, risk assessment, and technical support for over 600 active cancer research and prevention grants. Our responsibilities include peer reviews, billing verification, compliance checks, and corrective action plans to ensure proper grant performance and accountability.

Charles Holmes is the CEO/President of Holmes & Company, an 8(a) Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Small Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (SDBE) based in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. With over 30 years of experience in audit and business advisory services, he specializes in compliance, cost recovery, and internal control audits.
